The disorganization is crazy. Front desk workers don’t know how to do their job or they’re too lazy to bother trying. Hardly pick up the phone. Lobby’s always full of people waiting sometimes over an hour for their pet’s appointment. Staff needs to get better. I believe Kayla’s the one who caused confusion by scheduling our cat to be seen on Oct 1, which we had to cancel since our cat passed. She wasn’t gonna be able to wait to be seen until then. Which is why we told Kayla on Friday Sept 11, we had serious concerns for our cat’s condition. She claimed a vet was in surgery & she’d have them get back to us ASAP. We never got a call back that day or Monday or Tuesday. So Kayla clearly never told the vet. I’m not sure how the vet who saw my cat here missed ALL these issues Callie had. Now I have proof there were already a few red flags on her bloodwork in January when we first brought her here. I don’t get why they didn’t think to look into or treat any of these issues. They only said she had hyperthyroid & treated that. On August 21, Callie was skinny as she was still having diarrhea. But this vet decided it was a good idea to bump her medicine to 2ml in am & 1ml at night rather than what she’d been on (1ml in the am & 1 at night). After we started giving the higher dosage, she slowly began to stop eating. LESS than a month later, we take her to an emergency vet where they checked everything in her bloodwork. Hyperthyroid was the least of their concern at that point. I find it negligent of Sheets to miss all these underlying issues she had. Enlarged heart(possible heart disease), bone marrow loss, liver issues, possible cancer. She developed jaundice & anemia by September 13 so we had to have her put down at an emergency vet. Even if we got her hospitalized, they said she may not have made it. ‘Sorry’ means nothing from Sheets unless they try to actually make a difference & correct their employees. Otherwise they’re sure to go out of business. I’m disappointed I chose to spend money here only for my cat to be placed into irresponsible “care”. Because of this place I lost my emotional support cat. 0/10 I don’t recommend & will not bring a pet back again!

Sheets Pet Clinic really saved my hide, and my dear little Annie from getting used and abused more by the stray toms in the neighborhood. Very reasonably pricing--and true ferals do not need an appointment, which will be amazing for when I catch the two knuckleheads that decided to get her pregnant again. Now she's as happy and affectionate as can be. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

Good, kind people who somehow run a full time cat rescue while also being an operational vet clinic.
