Lake Brandt Veterinary Hospital

Natalie at the front desk provides stellar customer service! Thank you! 😊

We recently moved here and today was our boys first visit. Can I just say I absolutely love this office. The staff knew how nervous I was bringing our GSD for his first visit due to a few bad experiences back in Charleston. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly front staff who brought us right to a room. The staff went over everything about our dogs care and the necessary vaccines he needed, not pushy or trying to get me to get things done that weren't needed. Then we met Dr Lofgren who is an absolute gem. He is so caring and our dog took a liking to him right away. I am so pleased and thankful that we are now a part of the Lake Brandt Veterinary office. I know our sweet boy will always have the best care here and for the kindness of the staff and Dr Lofgren we are so appreciative of you all🐾

Love the Groomer- Jammie and the front desk folks.

This is, hands down, the best veterinary practice I have ever visited with my pups. In a field that can sometimes feel transactional, this team truly stands out. Out of all the vets in Greensboro, they consistently demonstrate a genuine commitment to animal well-being that far outweighs any focus on finances. It's refreshing to finally find a clinic where the care for the animals is clearly the top priority.
