Awesome veterinary care! Was very informative and what my puppy needs and even some training tips as well. Showed me what I need to improve on/do to make sure my puppy continues to be healthy and thriving!

Very high compliments to Dr Sara, Megan and Tracie for making the mobile vet visit less stressful on our 2 kitties (and me!) Not having to crate 2 cats and take them out of their familiar environment is wonderful. Thankful for their kind words and gentle touches on our kitties to make the annual visit a win. Keep up the great work !

I almost kicked Dr Fletcher out of my home and I really wish I had. She was there for end of life care for my 17.5 year old black lab. She was condescending. Spoke to me in a very soft, annoying voice I’m sure she thought was soothing. At one point she said “I need you to look at me” while she was talking and I was petting my dog. She then inhaled sharply to indicate this might be the sound my dog would make when taking her last breath. She gave my dog a bunch of cheap, crappy treats without even asking me. I had plenty of cheese, chocolate and peanut butter for her to enjoy, not snausages. I could go on. I was so disappointed that this was my last experience with my girl. She was my whole world. Fortunately, I think it bothered me more than it did her. I would never choose her for ANY veterinary care again, certainly not euthanasia.

Was given referrals to vets 47 miles away as well ones that are only mobile to put your dog down( dont need that service) because Sara only comes to the palladium area of High point though her website does not specify that which is cool but maybe dont tell people that maybe they will have a luck with a mobile vet 47 miles away. If I wanted to drive that far I wouldn't be looking for a mobile one.

I want to give a huge shout out to Sara, the veterinarian, and her staff Tracey, and Tiffany. I put my Bella down on 8/25. Sara I found, is honestly an extremely compassionate person with what she does, and she genuinely cares about, not only the pet, but the owners as well. I cant recommend her enough, for when you too will need, a caring aid to assist with your baby.
