I had a super sick kitten that was on her last leg. No one else in Greensboro was willing to take a look at her the same day except for Gate City! I don’t know what would’ve happened if they hadn’t gotten to her. The staff were extremely nice, accommodating, and caring.

Do not board your pets here. They leave dogs in crates for extended periods of time where they are left to sit in their own pee etc. I tried to give them another opportunity and they just say sorry. When you pick up your dog and their face is covered in sticky green stuff (what even was that??) and stained brown and all they say is sorry. They do not care about the well being of your pets while you are gone! Highly disgraceful, unprofessional and disgusting. If you love your pets do not place them here. There are many people that have left them for this very reason and they do nothing to resolve the problem. I'm only posting this review because i was almost in tears when i picked up my dog and saw the condition that she was in. I hope this saves someone else and their fur baby the heartache.

Really nice place, really nice staff, really great grooming! And instead of just handing me a bill at the end, they go over the estimate with me so I can choose which services I want/afford, or they explain why these services are necessary. Its really nice not being blindsided by the bill $$$
